sugar.relax is a diabetes-reversal care program operated by Chandragiri Health Care Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), delivered through this website (www.sugarrelax.com) and the sugar.relax mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect when you use either, why we collect it, and who can see it.
Information we collect

| Meals you log | Descriptions and/or photos of what you eat, reviewed by your assigned coach to adjust your plan. |
| Diet files | PDFs or images your care team uploads for you, or you upload for them (e.g. lab reports). |
| Messages | Chat messages between you and your assigned doctor/coach within the app, so care can continue in one place. |
| Call data | If your care team calls you through the app, the call is logged (time, duration) and may be recorded for care-quality/continuity purposes. |
| Profile photo | Optional — shown to your care team so they recognize you. |
| Device push token | So we can notify you of a new message, call or appointment reminder. Not shared with anyone outside the app. |
Who can see your data
- You — always, in full, within the app.
- The doctor and health coach assigned to you — your glucose readings, meals, diet files and messages, so they can manage your care. Nobody else's care team can see your data.
- Our admin team — for account setup, support, and fixing issues with your account.
- No one else. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where your data is stored
Data is stored on MongoDB Atlas (a managed database provider) and the application runs on Vercel; both are standard, encrypted-at-rest infrastructure providers used to operate the service — we do not use them to advertise to you or sell data to them. An SMS delivery provider is used only to deliver the OTP text message to your phone and does not retain your health data. Push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google), which only sees that a notification should be sent to your device — not its content.
How long we keep it
Health data you log (glucose readings, meals) is kept for the duration of your program and afterwards as part of your medical record with us, the same way a clinic keeps patient records. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below), subject to any record-keeping we're legally required to retain.
Your choices
- You can edit your name and profile photo any time in the app.
- You can ask us to export or delete your data by contacting us below.
- You control what you log — nothing is collected from your device beyond what you enter or upload, plus the push notification token needed to notify you.
Children's privacy
sugar.relax is intended for adults managing their own health and is not directed at children under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
